Es liegen 7 Golfplätze in nächster Nähe und wir können ganz günstige Bootsvermietungen vermitteln, um die vielen Halbinseln und das Meer zu erkunden. Das Haus wurde 2014 fertig gestellt und mit viel Florida -Charme ausgestattet.

The beautiful location right on the lake in the middle of wild nature invites you to relax and watch animals. Nevertheless, you are quickly in the city for shopping or shopping. In 10 minutes you can find the Boca Grande peninsula, known for its shell beaches. There are 7 golf courses nearby and we can arrange very cheap boat rentals to explore the many peninsulas and the sea. The house was built in 2014 and furnished with love and Florida charme.
